Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy
MBG Stem
MBG-Stem is a Regenerative Veterinary Cell Therapy that delivers millions of regenerative cells from a small sample of an animal’s adipose tissue (fat), for the treatment of a variety of conditions, some of which are:
-
-
Joints (OCD, Arthritis)
-
Tendons
-
Ligaments
-
Fractures
-
PLATELET-RICH-PLASMA (PRP)
This is an exceptional way to treat joints injuries and interestingly it can be administered to the injured animal in conjunction with Stem cell therapy for a better outcome. Presently, MBG is offering an on-site processing service for PRP.
Colony Picker
MBG Lab houses the picking and sub-clone management system, QPIX2, (Genetix). This machine enables tasks such as picking colonies (e.g. E. coli, yeast, phage, etc), replicating plates/libraries, and setting up screens as well as cherry picking wells of interest. Further applications include rearraying (hit picking), Y2H, SGA, gridding and phage display, Copying and screening BAC libraries, membrane array genomic work, construction of libraries etc.
Molecular Cytogenetics
MBG Lab is equipped with the latest molecular cytogenetic equipments. Data is analysed using BX62 Fluorescent Microscope (Olympus) with Genus Software for image analysis (applied Imaging). This technology is used for different applications, such as:
-
Chromosomal Analysis (Karyptyping)
-
Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH)
